MEET ME

  • I’m Kieran, a personal trainer and coach with over a decade of experience in strength, and endurance training. I’ve been active my entire life, starting with sports such as rugby, golf, skiing, cycling, and more. I’m proud to have played elite-level rugby sevens for Harlequins and trialled for England.

    In the past few years, I’ve pushed into endurance events, completing multiple marathons and a duathlon, and continued refining my style of training: a fusion of calisthenics, weight training, and cardio. From running a PT studio in South London to relocating to Rome and taking TBWC fully online, my goal is the same: to help people move better, train smarter, and feel their best.

  • Over the years, I’ve trained across multiple disciplines: CrossFit, bodybuilding, running, cycling, calisthenics and found value in all of them. However I also saw the downside of sticking to just one progress becomes narrow, and you miss what others offer. That’s why I created TBWC a method built around ALL styles, full of variety and adaptability.

    Calisthenics sits at the core, because mastering your body builds the control and resilience you need for everything else in the gym, outdoors, or in daily life. There’s no such thing as a perfect programme. But there is one that’s structured, sustainable, and flexible enough to fit you. That’s what TBWC is built to be.
