MEET YOUR GUIDE
I’m Kieran, a personal trainer with over a decade of experience helping people move better and train with purpose. Originally from South London, I’ve spent most of my life around sport, coaching, and building The Bodyweight Club.
In 2025, I relocated to Rome to take TBWC online and bring my coaching into a new environment. Running has always been part of my training — for fitness, focus, and exploration — and when I arrived here, it became the perfect way to get to know the city.
That’s how Strides began. What started as a way to train turned into a way to share. These sessions are designed to help visitors experience Rome through movement — not just the famous landmarks, but hidden corners, photo-worthy views, and a real feel for the city. It’s active, personal, and easy to adapt to your pace.
All levels are welcome. Some runs are slower, some sharper — but every one is structured and purposeful. I also offer optional strength training sessions in Rome’s public parks, using calisthenics and bodyweight work if you're looking to combine running with full-body movement.
Whether you’re here for a few days or planning something regular, I’ll show you Rome the way I’ve come to know it — through training, routine, and the streets themselves.

Runs typically range between 5-10km, but this can be adjusted based on your preference and comfort. We'll agree on the pace and distance before we start.

Most sessions last 60–90 minutes, including warm-up, the run itself, pauses for photos or stories, and a cool down at the end.

We’ll pass a mix of iconic landmarks (like the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Castel Sant’Angelo), local gems, and hidden corners — depending on the route we choose for your session.
