Whether you’re looking to rebuild structure, get stronger, lose weight or feel confident in your body, TBWC has you covered. These sessions are designed to meet you where you are and move you forward — through bodyweight strength, conditioning, and smart, progressive coaching.
This isn’t a bootcamp.
This is practical, functional training built to make you feel strong, move freely, and enjoy the process along the way.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR SESSIONS
✦ A Clear Start
We begin with a quick consultation — a chance to talk through your goals, training background, and any limitations or areas of focus. From there, I’ll shape the direction of your sessions based on what you need.
✦ Flexible, Outdoor Training
Sessions take place in parks or open spaces around Rome. I bring everything needed for a productive and enjoyable session — from rings and weights to conditioning tools. You bring the effort.
✦ A System That Works
The foundations are simple: bodyweight strength, cardio conditioning, mobility, and control. You’ll train the way I train — and understand how to use this method as a long-term approach to staying fit and capable, not just for how you look, but for how you live.
✦ Guidance Beyond the Session
I’ll also support you with basic nutrition advice, goal setting, and habit-building to make sure the work we do together carries through the rest of your week.
