WHAT TO EXPECT AS A TEAM

Start Strong Together: You and your group (3–10 people) will complete a quick form outlining your collective goals, training experience, and available equipment. From there, I design a structured programme built specifically around your needs.

One Shared Plan: Receive a monthly training programme through FITR, tailored to your group’s focus — whether that’s building strength, improving endurance, learning calisthenics, or simply staying consistent.

Built-in Accountability: You’ll train alongside people you know and trust, with group check-ins and shared progress keeping everyone on track. This is about showing up, not just for yourself — but for each other.
